Physical Foundations teaches clients how to create strength while understanding their injuries, aging bodies and possible unhealthy coping behaviors.
Wherever a client is on the health spectrum from a young athlete to an elderly adult recovering from an injury; they will be educated and supported to be the best version of themselves.
On one end of the spectrum personal trainers are frequently seen as someone that counts reps and helps you throw around weights.
On the other end of the spectrum physical therapy, beyond the acute stages of recovery, can feel impersonal. I’ve had countless clients that have been through rehab for knee, shoulder or back injuries say that physical therapy wasn’t sustainable because it didn’t translate well to their home environment.

How well will someone stick to a routine if they don’t enjoy the process?
This is why Physical Foundations focuses on training the whole individual and teaching them how to strengthen in the safest and most optimal way. Whether they want to improve athletic performance, work on fall recover/prevention exercises or get back to a body they’ve lost.
